Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective management of inventory and supply chain operations to support end customer performance and satisfaction. By monitoring product levels, analyzing data, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams, the position safeguards seamless delivery, minimizes operational disruptions, and responds effectively to dynamic business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure customers have sufficient product to meet their needs.
Improve Pre-Ship Service Levels by ensuring item availability without compromising inventory turns or capital utilization.
Communicate effectively and professionally with client managers and internal personnel to address supply chain issues, escalations, and urgent situations.
Analyze data and generate reports using Excel to track inventory, forecast demand, and identify trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing supply chain processes across different workflows.
Demonstrate emotional intelligence and sound judgment when managing customer expectations, escalations, and crisis situations.
Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain disruptions through proactive problem-solving and crisis management to minimize impact on operations.
Adapt quickly to sudden changes in priorities, volume fluctuations, or process updates within the account.
Provide timely updates, leadership support, and clear communication to ensure seamless product delivery and inventory management.
Adhere to and support Quality Assurance (QA) controls, including secondary checks and process checklists for high‑risk scenarios.
Maintain flexibility and availability to support overtime or extended coverage when business needs require it.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring errors and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Maintain strict compliance with process maps, SOPs, and change updates to prevent process drift.
Support training, knowledge transfer, and cross‑functional alignment by providing feedback on process gaps or unclear instructions.
Requirements
High school graduate and/or currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong English proficiency (minimum B2+), with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally in both written and verbal formats as required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and across multiple processes within the account, including attending the office once per week, with this on-site day subject to change based on client, account
Prior experience in inventory management, including tracking, analysis, and control of stock levels, is highly preferred.

Strong flexibility, with availability to work overtime as required, and the ability to adapt to different operational workflows based on the needs of the client, account, and team.
