Support Lead – Entertainment Operations
We are seeking an experienced Support Lead to oversee production support operations in a fast-paced Entertainment environment. This role requires a strong background in incident management, stakeholder communication, team leadership, and operational support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring service stability, driving major incident resolution, and supporting a 24x7 operational model.

In this role, you will:
- Lead production support activities for a 24x7 customer-staffed NOC team.
- Drive and coordinate Priority 1 (P1) incidents through resolution.
- Monitor applications and streaming platforms using tools such as New Relic and Conviva.
- Prepare and review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation.
- Provide status reporting and manage stakeholder communications.
- Lead support teams and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure operational excellence.

What you need to have to be considered:
- Experience leading production support or application support teams.
- Hands-on experience with Incident Management and Major Incident Coordination (P1 incidents).
- Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Conviva, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Entertainment, Media, or Streaming domain.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $63,000 - $99,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
