About the role
We're looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join our ServiceNow Business Group. You will provide technical leadership and design end-to-end ITOM solutions — covering Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management — working closely with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.

What you'll bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations
- CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITOM, or CIS-Event Management (at least one required)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- MID Server configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds and Dynatrace
- API integration experience using REST, SOAP, and JSON
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure: networking, servers, and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and thought leadership skills
- Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English (B2 or above) — required for client-facing meetings, calls, and workshops
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across ServiceNow ITOM implementations
- Design elegant, scalable solutions that improve how stakeholders and organizations work
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize MID Server performance across complex environments
- Lead integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring and observability tools
- Design and implement API integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON
- Provide input on IT infrastructure architecture including networking, servers, and cloud environments
- Present technical architecture solutions clearly to project teams and client stakeholders
- Lead and mentor junior team members throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with the team on creative and effective design solutions
- Review project documentation to ensure quality and compliance
- Interact and consult directly with clients on technical and architectural matters
- Lead project design and documentation from start to finish
- Compile requirements and define ServiceNow-based solutions for customers
- Collaborate with SMEs, solution architects, and technical architects to define technical direction
- Act as a recognized Architect or Design Authority, providing input on ServiceNow design
- Support implementation programmes for complex, enterprise-scale solutions
- Establish and enforce design standards and best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimates, and statements of work
