About the Role
As a Field Services Engineer (d/f/m), you will make an impact by delivering hands-on IT support and end-to-end infrastructure services across a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing and enterprise environment. You will be a valued member of our IT Infrastructure team and work collaboratively with end users, cross-functional technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the seamless operation of desktop, network, and facility IT systems — including highly specialized manufacturing and lab environments.
In This Role, You Will:
· Provide Break-Fix and end user support, including the installation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of Windows workstations, hardware, software components, and mobility devices.
· Manage the full IT Asset lifecycle for the location/region — covering asset collection, imaging, labelling, allocation, recovery, hygiene validation, disposal, and system updates in coordination with vendors.
· Deliver Smart Hands and Feet and Data Center support, including Rack and Stack commissioning/decommissioning of infrastructure devices, physical vendor access coordination, and Power Shutdown maintenance activities for network devices and servers in IDF/MDF/MMR and Data Center/Server rooms.
· Support manufacturing and lab IT systems, including Shop-Floor handhelds, scanners, rugged tablets, Zebra printers, and PCs on manufacturing lines or attached to specialized test equipment, with working knowledge of GMP/GxP and Clean Room environments.
· Ensure network and communications continuity across LAN, Wi-Fi, Video Tandberg, Printers, and Voice systems, while performing cable patching coordination, Printer Management, and advanced troubleshooting to identify root causes of incidents reported by end users.
