Responsibilities : -Design Workfront configurations that streamline intake workflows and project lifecycles so that supply chain and operations teams can manage requests and initiatives with greater accuracy and transparency. -Develop Workfront custom forms and calculated fields that capture essential operational data and ensure that downstream reporting and analytics accurately reflect work progress and resource utilization. -Build Workfront integrations with enterprise tools such as ticketing platforms collaboration suites and data warehouses to enable seamless data flow and reduce manual effort for project and operations teams. -Implement Workfront automation rules and advanced approval flows that reduce bottlenecks improve compliance with internal controls and shorten overall cycle times for business processes. -Configure Workfront portfolios programs and projects to reflect organizational structures for supply chain and operations and ensure that strategic initiatives are tracked consistently across regions and functions. -Create Workfront dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with real time insights into project status risk indicators and capacity metrics enabling timely decisions and corrective actions. -Optimize Workfront resource management features so that project managers and operations planners can allocate capacity appropriately balance workloads and align staffing with demand forecasts. -Conduct detailed requirement workshops with business partners to understand operational pain points translate them into Workfront design specifications and validate that delivered solutions address the intended outcomes. -Perform unit testing system testing and user validation activities on Workfront configurations to ensure that changes are stable scalable and compliant with the organization technical standards. -Provide ongoing production support for Workfront by troubleshooting issues managing configuration changes and guiding users on best practices to maintain platform reliability and adoption. -Document Workfront configurations process flows and operating procedures in a clear and structured manner so that support teams and future developers can maintain and extend the solution effectively. -Collaborate closely with program management and supply chain stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests align roadmaps and ensure that Workfront improvements contribute directly to business performance objectives. -Engage in continuous improvement by monitoring Workfront usage metrics gathering user feedback and proposing enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency. -Qualifications -Display solid hands on experience in Workfront configuration development and administration gained over at least five years of focused platform delivery work. -Demonstrate strong understanding of project management practices and terminology with the ability to translate project workflows and governance structures into robust Workfront solutions. -Apply knowledge of supply chain and operations processes as a desirable background enabling more relevant design of Workfront workflows for planning production logistics or fulfillment. -Exhibit experience with program management environments where multiple projects need coordination so that Workfront structures can support cross initiative visibility and reporting. -Show proficiency in creating Workfront reports dashboards and custom forms that support data driven decision making and continuous improvement within business teams. -Utilize practical skills in requirements gathering solution documentation and stakeholder communication to ensure that Workfront implementations remain aligned with evolving business needs. -Operate effectively in a hybrid work model by using collaboration tools structured communication and disciplined time management to support global teams across various locations. 9.
