Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday Reporting and Prism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday solutions that align with our business needs. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all Workday configurations.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and milestones.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for better efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to leverage them effectively.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Workday Reporting and Prism.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in designing and implementing Workday integrations.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
