Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday Reporting and Prism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday solutions that align with our business needs. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and implement Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all Workday configurations.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and milestones.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for better efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to leverage them effectively.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Workday Reporting and Prism.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing Workday integrations.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.
  • Be capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation.
