Job Summary

The DGM-Solutions & BD role is pivotal in driving sales and marketing strategies within our organization. With a hybrid work model and day shift this position requires a seasoned professional with 16 to 18 years of experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding business opportunities and enhancing client relationships contributing significantly to the companys growth and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends
  • Implement marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services to target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and customer feedback
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business activities
  • Utilize advanced sales techniques to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Lead efforts to improve brand visibility and reputation in the marketplace
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and digital content
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Qualifications
  • Possess a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Have a proven track record of successful business development and revenue generation
  • Show proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Hold a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
  • Preferably have a masters degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing
  • Be adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving to overcome business challenges
  • Possess a high level of adaptability to changing market conditions
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding teams towards achieving business goals
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Have experience in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.


Certifications Required

Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Digital Marketing Certification
