Job Summary
The DGM-Solutions & BD role is pivotal in driving sales and marketing strategies within our organization. With a hybrid work model and day shift this position requires a seasoned professional with 16 to 18 years of experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding business opportunities and enhancing client relationships contributing significantly to the companys growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends
- Implement marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services to target audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and customer feedback
- Drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business activities
- Utilize advanced sales techniques to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Lead efforts to improve brand visibility and reputation in the marketplace
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and digital content
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Have a proven track record of successful business development and revenue generation
- Show proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Hold a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
- Preferably have a masters degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing
- Be adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving to overcome business challenges
- Possess a high level of adaptability to changing market conditions
- Demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding teams towards achieving business goals
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Have experience in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
