We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for modern sourcing platforms and user experience-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead test planning, estimation, and strategy for Agile projects
- Oversee creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test data
- Drive functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Perform API testing (REST services) using Postman & SoapUI
- Execute data validation using SQL for backend accuracy
- Manage test assets using qTest, Zephyr, TestRail, HP ALM
- Handle defect lifecycle using Jira & Bugzilla
- Collaborate with product, business, and UX teams
- Prepare test metrics, dashboards, and release reports
- Mentor team members and promote QA best practices
✅ Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in Software Testing / QA (7–10 years)
- Expertise in Agile / Scrum testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with API & Web Services Testing
- Solid SQL skills for data validation
- Experience in test management & defect tracking tools
- Knowledge of Git / GitHub for version control
- Exposure to UX and sourcing/procurement platforms
