As a Java Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and implementing software solutions that drive the efficiency of Investment Banking Operations. With a focus on SQL, Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Framework, you will contribute to the company’s mission of delivering innovative financial solutions. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust software solutions using SQL Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Framework to enhance Investment Banking Operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for seamless integration.
  • Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality code and optimal performance in banking applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues ensuring software reliability and stability.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Optimize existing systems and processes to improve scalability and reduce operational costs in banking operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into software development.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and improve team productivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for software applications to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align software solutions with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security protocols in all software development activities.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency in banking operations.
  • Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on banking applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Framework to develop high-quality software solutions.
  • Possess strong domain knowledge in Investment Banking Operations to understand business requirements and deliver relevant solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize software performance.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks effectively.
  • Display strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
