Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Oversee the development and optimization of Fast Formula applications to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configurations ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR Helpdesk functionalities improving user experience and support services.
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts to facilitate seamless data integration and reporting across HR systems.
- Implement BPM Workflow solutions to automate HR processes reducing manual efforts and increasing productivity.
- Utilize OTBI/OBIEE tools to generate insightful reports and dashboards aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure robust security measures are in place for Oracle Cloud HCM applications safeguarding sensitive employee data.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities to enhance HR operations.
- Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM applications ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and best practices integrating them into existing systems. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in OFA-Fast Formula and OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula demonstrating proficiency in developing complex formulas.
- Have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll showcasing ability to configure and manage payroll processes effectively.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM-HR Helpdesk with a focus on enhancing user support and service delivery.
- Exhibit proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM -HCM Extracts ensuring seamless data integration and reporting capabilities.
- Show expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM BPM Workflow automating HR processes for increased efficiency.
- Display skills in Oracle Cloud HCM
- OTBI/OBIEE generating insightful reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Security implementing measures to protect sensitive data.
- Nice to have experience in Financial Risk Management and Governance Risk & Compliance adding value to HR systems.
