Job summary
The Sr. Architect role is pivotal in designing and implementing Workday solutions that enhance business processes. With a focus on Workday Extend and Integrations the candidate will drive innovation and efficiency in a hybrid work model. This position requires a strategic thinker with 8 to 10 years of experience ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive Workday solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday Extend applications.
- Develop and implement Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Lead the development of technical specifications and documentation for Workday solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Workday implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Extend and Integrations.
- Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and security.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and technologies to continuously enhance system capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of new Workday functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in project execution.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Workday Extend and Integrations demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Workday architecture and implementation.
- Exhibit proficiency in designing and developing complex Workday solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Show a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
