Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable applications that align with company goals.
- Utilize Core Java to enhance application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of applications.
- Document technical specifications and project progress for future reference.
- Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project updates and share knowledge.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java with proven experience in software development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable applications in a hybrid work model.
- Experience in Procure to Pay Payroll and Finance & Accounting domains is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
