Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer where you will leverage your expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java to develop innovative solutions. With a focus on Procure to Pay Payroll and Finance & Accounting you will contribute to projects that enhance our business operations. This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment with no travel required allowing you to balance work and life effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable applications that align with company goals.
  • Utilize Core Java to enhance application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of applications.
  • Document technical specifications and project progress for future reference.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project updates and share knowledge.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java with proven experience in software development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable applications in a hybrid work model.
  • Experience in Procure to Pay Payroll and Finance & Accounting domains is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
