Role: MIS Analyst / Reporting Specialist
(Supporting a Global Networking & Digital Infrastructure Leader)
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced MIS Analyst to support one of our global Fortune 100 technology clients, known for its leadership in networking, security, and digital transformation.
This role will play a critical part in a high-availability, 24x7 service delivery environment, enabling data-driven decision-making through real-time reporting, analytics, and operational insights. You will collaborate with global stakeholders across operations, engineering, and business teams to drive performance, efficiency, and service excellence at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards and reports
- Perform deep-dive analysis on operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain advanced reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, and visualization tools
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance, with strict adherence to reporting timelines
- Provide actionable insights to leadership to drive decision-making in a dynamic operational setup
- Monitor and report key metrics including SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and resource utilization
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to standardize and enhance reporting frameworks
- Support real-time operational reporting needs in a 24x7 environment (rotational shifts)
Required Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Macros, Dashboards)
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau for interactive dashboarding and visualization
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or JIRA
- Strong attention to detail with focus on data validation and reporting accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with global stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 operational model
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or operations analytics
- Exposure to Google Data Studio / Looker or similar tools
- Experience in IT Operations, Networking, Managed Services, or Infrastructure environments
