Experience: 4 to 12 years

Location: All CTS Location (3 days office, Hybrid mode)

Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions that streamline the quote-to-cash process. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, CPQ configuration, pricing models, product catalogs, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions on the Salesforce CPQ platform.
  • Configure Products, Bundles, Pricing Rules, Discount Schedules, Product Rules, and Quote Templates.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Implement and enhance Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release management activities.
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience configuring CPQ products, bundles, pricing methods, discounting, and approvals.
  • Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing mechanisms.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
