Labelling Support Specialist

The Labelling Support Specialist participates in the regulatory program of our pharmaceutical partner being part of a global team.

Responsibilities:
Preparing documents for import, configures structured content in Docuvera and performs final verification of the output.
Coordinating with other teams and Client POCs as needed.
Ensuring compliance with KPIs if and when applicable.
Training and mentoring associates/new hires.
Ensures adherence to internal standards and processes.
Ensures training and compliance to applicable CTS and Client ’Quality Management System’.
Completing all mandatory training courses as applicable.
Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences/pharmacy or mutually agreed
1-2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs/Pharmacovigilance Data handling
Fluency in English (full working proficiency)
Knowledge of product lifecycle management from regulatory perspective would be an added advantage
Good understanding of Microsoft Word formatting functionalities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to details
