Job Summary
As an Infra Dev Specialist you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. With a focus on Dynamics 365 you will ensure seamless integration and functionality to support business operations. This hybrid role requires expertise in CRM systems with a preference for candidates experienced in investment banking operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with existing systems.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to optimize performance and user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in CRM implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for CRM configurations processes and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and scalability.
- Support end-users by providing training and technical assistance to maximize CRM utilization.
- Analyze business processes and recommend CRM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM technologies and best practices to ensure optimal solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system by implementing appropriate measures.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate additional functionalities into Dynamics 365.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and strategies to align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 with proven implementation experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
- Exhibit knowledge of investment banking operations and brokerage as a valuable domain skill.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex CRM issues.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CRM systems with a preference for up to 8 years.
- Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts.
