Job Summary
Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in GRC / IRM /Security Operations (SecOps) modules to build and customize enterprise risk, compliance, and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer
- Implement and enhance IRM/GRC (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Issue Management)
- Develop SecOps solutions (SIR, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence)
- Build integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub
- Create workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation
- Support upgrades, bug fixes, and performance optimization
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in GRC / IRM and SecOps
- Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with integrations and data imports
- Good understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and security processes
Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA / GRC / SecOps certifications
Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB
