About the Role:
Collections Analyst with English is responsible for managing and reducing overdue accounts by contacting customers, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing credit risk for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to collect overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and value.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve disputes and billing issues.
- Provide regular updates and reports on collection status to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree must have
- No previous experience required — open to fresh graduates.
- English Language knowledge B2/C1
- Strong communication and confidence speaking with customers (training provided).
- Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult conversations.
- Basic Excel and willingness to learn financial systems like SAP.
- Strong organization and time‑management abilities.
- Professional and customer‑focused attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
