Working Hours: 9AM - 5 PM (flexible)

About the Role:

Collections Analyst with English is responsible for managing and reducing overdue accounts by contacting customers, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing credit risk for the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to collect overdue payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and value.
  • Document all collection activities accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve disputes and billing issues.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on collection status to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree must have
  • No previous experience required — open to fresh graduates.
  • English Language knowledge B2/C1
  • Strong communication and confidence speaking with customers (training provided).
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult conversations.
  • Basic Excel and willingness to learn financial systems like SAP.
  • Strong organization and time‑management abilities.
  • Professional and customer‑focused attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
