Experience: 3+ years LMS experience with admin knowledge
· Experienced professional to work directly with client stakeholders, providing platform expertise, consulting, configuration, and operational support for enterprise learning programs. The role requires both hands-on platform administration and advisory capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and manage learning paths, certifications, assessments, groups, and catalogues.
· Advise stakeholders on learning experience design and platform best practices.
· Support landing page setup, learner journeys, and platform configuration.
· Manage user provisioning, access controls, reporting, and platform administration.
· Conduct demos, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
· Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
· Support release reviews, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives.
Primary Skills
· Strong hands-on expertise with Sumtotal,CSOD,SF,SABA LMS.
· Learning Paths, Certifications, Assessments, Collections, and Catalog Management.
· LMS Administration and Configuration.
· User & Access Management, Groups, and Permissions.
· Reporting, Dashboards, and Learning Analytics.
· Stakeholder Management and Client Consulting.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good to Have
· LMS integrations, SSO, and API exposure.
· Knowledge of LMS governance and compliance.
· Experience with SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Saba, or similar LMS platforms.
· Learning Operations and L&D domain experience.
