Proactive Servicing / DEX Advisory Lead (Nexthink + AI-driven IT Operations)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Nexthink / Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Consultant to lead EUC transformation initiatives and enable proactive, data-driven IT operations.
This role will focus on leveraging Nexthink (Infinity platform preferred), endpoint telemetry, and automation to enhance end-user experience, optimize IT service delivery, and drive predictive support models.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation and optimization of Nexthink platform (Infinity preferred)
Drive Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives using endpoint analytics
Analyze telemetry data to identify issues and improve user experience
Enable proactive and predictive IT operations using data insights
Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
Develop automation scripts (PowerShell/Python) for remediation and self-healing
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
Support AIOps and GenAI use cases in IT support environments
Participate in EUC transformation programs and operating model design
Provide advisory and consulting support to business and IT stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink (Infinity platform preferred)
Deep understanding of:
Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
Endpoint telemetry and analytics
Experience in proactive/predictive IT operations
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes
Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python
Exposure to:
AIOps platforms
Predictive analytics
GenAI in IT operations
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience Requirements
10–15+ years in IT Operations / EUC / Service Management
3–5+ years in DEX / Nexthink / EUC transformation
Experience in consulting, advisory, or operating model design

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
