Inside Sales Representative (AI Solutions) with Brazilian Portuguese | Lisbon
Are you passionate about technology, AI, and sales? We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Inside Sales Representative (C1/C2) with English proficiency (B2/C1) to join an exciting international project focused on cutting-edge AI solutions and digital technologies.
In this role, you will help drive business growth across European markets by identifying new opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline.
What you'll do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Schedule and support discovery and product demonstration meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
- Work closely with sales and project teams to achieve business targets.
- Use modern AI-powered tools to enhance prospecting and customer engagement.
What we're looking for
- Brazilian Portuguese proficiency (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1) are mandatory.
- Valid work permit for Portugal is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, Telesales, or similar commercial roles.
- Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with sales targets and performance-driven environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools is a plus.
- Proactive mindset, resilience, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, digital products, or technology solutions.
- Previous experience in outbound sales environments.
- Experience working with commission-based targets.
