IT Infrastructure Leader – GCC Practice
About the role
As an IT Infrastructure Leader – GCC Practice, you will make an impact by shaping and delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready IT Infrastructure solutions for Global Capability Center (GCC) clients. You will be a valued member of the GCC leadership team and work collaboratively with CIO stakeholders, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure transformation at scale.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end solutioning of IT Infrastructure platforms across GCC engagements
- Define and execute future-ready infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business, security, and enterprise architecture standards
- Own end-to-end accountability for infrastructure architecture, including designs, reference architectures, and solution governance
- Drive client engagement and advisory, including RFPs, proposal development, and executive presentations
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, resilience, and security-by-design principles, while enabling seamless delivery execution

What you need to have to be considered
- 18+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure architecture, solutioning, and large-scale enterprise delivery
- Strong expertise across Cloud, Network, Security, End User Computing, and enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Proven experience in end-to-end infrastructure and security architecture planning
- Experience driving complex infrastructure transformation programs in global enterprises
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence CIOs and senior leadership
These will help you stand out
- Experience working in Global Capability Center (GCC) environments or consulting-led transformations
- Ability to lead architecture workshops and drive structured decision-making across stakeholders
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and enterprise governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience in multi-domain infrastructure solutioning and delivery oversight
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization
