Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead with 14 to 18 years of expertise in Business Operations Project Management and Digital Transformation. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes within our hybrid GCC work model. This role requires a proactive approach to enhance operational efficiency and support our companys growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of business operations strategies to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations for digital transformation initiatives to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all operational activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development of digital tools and platforms to streamline operations.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of learning and development.
- Evaluate and report on the impact of digital transformation projects on business outcomes.

- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Have a proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects.

- Hold a bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
