About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DocuSign Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and integration of DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DocuSign APIs, templates, workflows, and system integrations, with a passion for streamlining digital agreement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions.
- Create and manage templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and custom workflows.
- Integrate DocuSign with internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, etc.) using REST APIs and SDKs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign functionality and integrations.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM.
- Proficiency in DocuSign APIs (REST, SOAP) and SDKs (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.).
- Experience with OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods.
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and digital signature workflows.
- Experience integrating DocuSign with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom applications.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DocuSign Developer Certification(s).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with other eSignature platforms is a plus.
