Job Summary
The Sr. Product Specialist (T) will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of software solutions within the Claims and Payer domain. With a focus on technical expertise in MSQL ANSI SQL Microsoft SSIS and .Net the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams to drive innovation and efficiency contributing to the companys mission of delivering superior products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions tailored to the Claims and Payer domain ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of MSQL and ANSI SQL databases to optimize data management and retrieval processes.
- Provide technical expertise in Microsoft SSIS to streamline data transformation and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features using .Net technologies.
- Analyze system requirements and develop solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for software systems facilitating knowledge transfer and user training.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications implementing improvements as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development cycles.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends and integrating new technologies into existing systems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with technical skills and domain knowledge.
- Support the transition to hybrid work models by ensuring seamless remote access and collaboration tools.

Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in MSQL and ANSI SQL with proven experience in database management and optimization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft SSIS with a track record of successful data integration projects.
- Have extensive experience in .Net development showcasing the ability to create robust and scalable applications.
- Exhibit domain expertise in Claims and Payer understanding the intricacies and challenges of the industry.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Show strong communication skills capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
