Program Manager – ServiceNow
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work Model: Hybrid (requires presence in Brussels office 2–3 days per week)
About the Role
As a Program Manager – ServiceNow, you will lead strategic ServiceNow programs, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client objectives. You will be a valued member of our Digital Business & Technology team, collaborating closely with stakeholders across delivery, architecture, and client leadership.
In this Role, You Will:
- Drive end-to-end program management for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Define program governance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with client and Cognizant standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within ServiceNow engagements.
What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- Proven experience in program management within IT service management or enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Fluency in English; French or Dutch is a plus.

- ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CSA, or equivalent).
- Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
