Job Summary
As a Technology Architect you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. With a focus on SAP S/4HANA and related technologies you will ensure seamless integration and administration of systems. Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure high performance and reliability
- Oversee the management of SAP BTP and SAP HANA DB to support business operations and strategic initiatives
- Provide expert guidance in NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA administration to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Implement SAP Basis Administration best practices to maintain system integrity and security
- Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate technological solutions that drive innovation
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all technological platforms to mitigate risks and adhere to industry standards
- Develop strategies for system upgrades and migrations to improve efficiency and scalability
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user satisfaction
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to empower team members and stakeholders
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to maintain competitive advantage
- Support hybrid work model by ensuring remote access and secure connectivity for all users
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Administration and SAP BTP Administration to manage complex systems effectively
- Possess strong skills in SAP HANA DB Administration and NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin to ensure seamless operations
- Exhibit expertise in SAP Basis Administration to uphold system security and performance
- Have experience in research and development to drive technological innovation and compliance
- Show understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards
- Display ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities efficiently
- Bring at least 10 years of relevant experience to provide strategic insights and leadership
- Be adaptable to evolving technologies and business needs to maintain organizational agility.
