Role-Description
Partner Advisor is a dedicated POC for The Client Partners who works through all the stages of business development to build and grow their business and provide the best experiences for end customers. Partner Advisors core responsibilities include:
- Drive sales targets, cloud solutions to partners with proactive approach to identify and qualify new deal opportunities
- Account planning and joint business plan alignment
- Lead partner discovery and solutions
- Optimizing Partner Advantage benefits to make sure partner makes the most of relevant activations, offers and incentives
- Enablement planning that starts with foundational credentials and will expand to include practical experience through Delivery
- Readiness Index and NPS
- Drive Technical readiness planning (such as trainings, certifications, Expertise, and Specializations)
- Deploying sales and solution plays via GTM activation kits
- Equipping partner with go-to-market resources to ensure you are building a healthy pipeline while expanding and renewing existing customers
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to partners on cloud products
- Manage and grow a portfolio of cloud partnerships
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Min 1-3 years of experience working in B2B IT Partner sales/sales in Partner Advisory or Partner Business Development roles
- English – Professional level
- Experienced in handling ANZ market is an advantage.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept
- Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage
- Sales Pipeline management and negotiation skills, including utilization of CRMs, for example SFDC
- Account management and profiling experience is a must
- Ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Customer/partner first approach
- Being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams
- Excellent soft and representational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strategic mindset - ability to think a few steps ahead
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Work timing aligned with respective Partner regions
