Data and AI Transformation Lead & Country Delivery Lead
Purpose of the Role
Serve as the Program Leader for a large‑scale Data Transformation initiative and act as the Delivery Leader for AI & Analytics (AIA) across the Nordics region. The role drives strategic vision, execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and organisational readiness for data, cloud, and AI‑enabled transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Vision
- Define the data transformation vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the region.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute long‑term transformation strategy.
2. Program Leadership
- Lead cross‑functional programs spanning technology, process, and data.
- Establish governance, communication structures, and decision‑making frameworks to ensure smooth execution.
3. Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and functional teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage expectations, and drive cohesive change adoption.
4. Change Management
- Drive organisational readiness, communication, training, and culture‑shift initiatives.
- Mitigate resistance and embed new ways of working across teams.
5. Talent Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Plan for skill development, career progression, and nearshore capability expansion.
- Bridge demand–supply gaps through proactive workforce planning.
6. Delivery Excellence
- Oversee delivery of data and analytics programs from inception to completion.
- Embed a culture of AI‑led continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential risks.
7. Cross‑Sell & Up‑Sell
- Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to expand portfolio and client base.
- Lead customer discussions to showcase practice capabilities and insights on Agentic AI.
Experience Required
- Data and BI programs
- Leading multiple transformation initiatives
- Senior technical leadership
- Strong understanding of data, cloud, and AI technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non‑technical stakeholders
