Skill: UX Designer - Native Mobile Application

We are looking for talented Junior Designers to support the design of mobile app experiences across Android and iOS. These roles will work closely with the Senior Designer to contribute to UX and UI design, create strong visual solutions, and support delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design mobile app experiences under the guidance of the Senior Designer.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI screens for mobile applications.
- Contribute to the design of complex mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve design quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates with a design degree are preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in UX and UI design with strong experience in designing complex mobile applications.
- Native design experience for Android and iOS is mandatory, along with hands-on work on native or hybrid applications across platforms and a design portfolio with mobile native project case studies.
- Good understanding of mobile interaction patterns, visual design principles, and platform guidelines.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools used for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous consultancy and BFS / fintech domain experience is preferred.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams within fast-paced delivery environments is an advantage.
