Job Summary
The Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer - IAM role focuses on implementing and managing Identity and Access Management solutions to safeguard the organizations digital assets. This position requires expertise in Thycotic/Delinia Secret Server and CyberArk Privileged Cloud ensuring secure access controls and compliance with security standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions to ensure secure access to critical systems and data.
- Configure and optimize Thycotic/Delinia Secret Server to manage privileged accounts and credentials effectively.
- Deploy and manage CyberArk Privileged Cloud to enhance privileged access security across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze IAM systems to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on IAM best practices to ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes configurations and workflows to support operational excellence.
- Conduct regular audits of IAM systems to ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless access for users.
- Participate in the design and implementation of IAM strategies to align with the organizations long-term security goals.
- Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Train and support team members on IAM tools and processes to enhance overall cybersecurity awareness.
- Ensure the confidentiality integrity and availability of sensitive information through robust IAM practices.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Thycotic/Delinia Secret Server and CyberArk Privileged Cloud with hands-on experience in configuration and management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing IAM solutions in hybrid work environments ensuring seamless integration with organizational systems.
- Have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles including privileged access management and identity governance.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills to address IAM-related challenges effectively.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts clearly.
- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field with relevant certifications preferred.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new IAM technologies and methodologies.
- Bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in IAM and cybersecurity roles with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model.
- Show commitment to maintaining high standards of security and compliance in all IAM processes.
- Have experience in conducting audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of IAM systems.
- Possess knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM and cybersecurity.
