Job Summary
This Consultant role requires 6 to 8 years of experience in Agile methodologies Business Analysis and Planning. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to impactful projects in the Cards and Payments domain if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed business analysis plans to identify problems opportunities and solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them clearly to development teams for implementation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies to address them.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories workflows and process maps to support project deliverables.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making across projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and planning activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionalities that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Utilize domain expertise in Cards and Payments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations if applicable.
- Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Work closely with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project execution. Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools to manage projects effectively.
- Showcase strong analytical skills to identify business challenges and propose viable solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Possess expertise in Business Analysis and Planning to drive project success. SWIFT, and ISO20022"MS Office, Jira, JTMF, and Confluence
- Have a solid understanding of Cards and Payments domain which is a nice-to-have skill for this role.
- Display the ability to create detailed documentation and reports to support project objectives.
- Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage tasks efficiently during day shifts.
- Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that align with organizational goals.
- Demonstrate commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement in all aspects of work.
