What will make you successful in this position?
Mandatory
- Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) (CSSA is a strong plus)
- 5+ years of experience in Pega development, with solid hands-on experience in Pega Infinity 8.x (preferably 8.7.x)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions end-to-end
- Strong expertise in case management, workflows, decisioning, and integrations
- Experience designing, coding, unit testing, and documenting solutions following best practices
- Ability to take ownership of user stories and technical deliverables
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
Desirable
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Exposure to App Studio and Dev Studio
- Ability to lead technical discussions, demos, and walkthroughs with stakeholders
- Mentoring or coaching junior team members
- Knowledge of performance tuning and Pega best practices
What will you do?
- Design and develop scalable applications using the Pega Platform
- Lead the implementation of complex features and integrations
- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams
- Support and guide junior developers within the team
- Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making
