Job Summary
Infra Dev Specialist role in a hybrid work model requiring five to eight years of experience in Python and Splunk to design automate and optimize infrastructure monitoring and analytics within a global MNC environment. The role enhances platform reliability by building scalable tooling dashboards and data driven insights that support high tech clients and internal engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Update work instructions and processes following Splunk Cisco standards and compliances.
Bring forward & make recommendations to Splunk Cisco on areas of opportunity for process changes improvements.
Develop initiatives to improve process enhance engineer & customer experience.
Cross-functional calibration representing both Splunk Cisco & Supplier
Partner with Splunk Cisco on Process improvements and areas of automation.
Frequent updates on projects & initiatives to Splunk Cisco & Supplier leadership.
Will act as an escalation point of contact for Process Related questions or concerns.
Ad Hoc reporting and other duties as required.
Frequent updates on projects & initiatives to Splunk Cisco & Supplier leadership.
Develop a deep understanding of the product and act as a subject matter expert for TechOps
Support TechOps Change team by answering questions and offering guidance on their cases.
Handle internal and external customer service and process issues and escalations
SME will track down and work with leadership to resolve all escalations to ensure timely resolution
Manage Tickets from the Queue
Incident management and troubleshooting triage mitigation escalation and root cause support
Proactive monitoring of customer stacks and take necessary action as needed
Timely resolution of customer issues prioritize and troubleshoot with all necessary teams and communicate with the stake holders
Work across cross-functional teams including support engineering sales and professional services teams
