In this role, you will focus on maintaining endpoint health, troubleshooting SCCM agent issues, and developing automation solutions to improve resolution times and reduce manual intervention.
SCCM Agent Management & Troubleshooting
• Agent Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of SCCM agent issues across enterprise endpoints.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve SCCM client health issues, deployment failures, and communication problems.
• Health Monitoring: Monitor SCCM agent health and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Windows OS Troubleshooting
• OS Diagnostics: Troubleshoot Windows OS issues affecting endpoint security and compliance.
• Patch Management: Support Windows patching processes and resolve patch deployment failures.
• System Optimization: Optimize Windows configurations for security and performance.
Automation & Scripting
• Automated Resolution: Develop scripts (PowerShell, Batch) to automate common troubleshooting and remediation tasks.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce manual intervention through automation.
• Tool Development: Create utilities and tools to streamline endpoint maintenance activities.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Endpoint Management, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Operations.
• SCCM/MECM: Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM client troubleshooting and administration.
• Windows OS: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, services, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation.
• Endpoint Security: Understanding of endpoint security principles and best practices.
Soft Skills & Team Alignment
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Automation Focus: Passion for reducing manual work through scripting and automation.
• Collaborative: Ability to work effectively with Security, Infrastructure, and Desktop Support teams.
