Responsibilities : -Lead end to end delivery of enterprise geospatial initiatives by planning prioritizing and coordinating mapping workstreams using agile methods to meet business value targets and timelines. -Oversee geospatial backlog refinement by collaborating with product partners and technical teams to define clear user stories acceptance criteria and value driven release goals. -Provide direction to cross functional geospatial squads in a hybrid work model by facilitating effective daily collaboration resolving impediments and ensuring consistent execution quality. -Drive agile ceremonies such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives for geospatial projects by enabling transparent communication continuous improvement and predictable delivery outcomes. -Coordinate with diverse stakeholders in business product data and technology domains by translating complex geospatial requirements into actionable plans and quantifiable deliverables. -Manage stakeholder expectations across global teams by establishing clear communication routines sharing progress dashboards and proactively addressing scope risk and dependency concerns. -Ensure geospatial data integrity and mapping accuracy by defining robust validation checks reviewing outputs systematically and enforcing standardized quality practices across the portfolio. -Optimize geospatial solutions for performance and usability by guiding teams on effective map design data modeling decisions and integration patterns that support scalable business use cases. -Monitor program performance metrics for geospatial work by tracking throughput cycle time and quality indicators to drive data informed decisions and continuous optimization. -Guide the adoption of agile and scrum best practices within geospatial teams by coaching team members refining workflows and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability. -Collaborate with security compliance and infrastructure partners by aligning geospatial solutions to enterprise standards regulatory needs and resilient operations in a hybrid working context. -Support incident resolution and production stability for geospatial platforms by coordinating rapid analysis clear stakeholder updates and sustainable corrective actions. -Document key geospatial processes standards and playbooks by creating accessible references that enable consistent onboarding knowledge transfer and operational continuity. -Qualifications -Require extensive experience managing complex geospatial or mapping programs with at least fourteen years in progressive roles that demonstrate successful delivery of scalable solutions. -Require proven expertise in agile and scrum methods applied to data or platform teams with hands on experience in ceremonies metrics driven improvement and iterative delivery. -Require strong stakeholder management experience across business product and technology groups with demonstrated ability to influence decisions and align diverse priorities. -Require solid background in coordinating hybrid teams working across locations and time zones with emphasis on structured communication and outcome driven collaboration. -Prefer exposure to mainstream geospatial platforms and tools in large enterprises with practical understanding of map production workflows data pipelines and integration approaches. -Prefer experience in mentoring geospatial or analytics professionals by guiding prioritization quality discipline and professional growth within agile environments. -Prefer academic foundation in geography geoinformatics computer science engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience in geospatial program delivery. 9.
