Loc: Raleigh, NC - ONSITE
Our Intelligent Process Automation (“IPA”) practice focuses on providing Intelligent Process Automation solutions to solve our clients’ challenges. It is one of the largest practices across the globe, the fastest growing practices in the company, and a key pillar of our digital offerings. We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Architect, who can lead the design and implementation of cognitive automation solutions across industries leveraging Microsoft technologies. You will succeed in this role if you are passionate about working with clients to develop solutions to help them drive efficiencies, modernize their operations and be at the forefront of digital change.
Responsibilities:
· Ability to provide oversight as well as set up the Microsoft Power Platform environments and related technologies (SharePoint, CoPilot)
· Establish technical governance, define standards and frameworks to manage tenants, environments, users, COE Kits, and drive best practices
· Translate business needs into technical designs and architecture roadmaps
· Establish environment strategy (Dev, Test, Prod), ALM, and security controls
· Align platform usage with enterprise architecture and compliance requirements
· Design integrations with external systems (APIs, Azure services, enterprise apps)
· Define data architecture using Dataverse and other storage systems
· Ensure secure and compliant data handling
· Implement integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven)
· Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
· Participate in POCs, innovation initiatives, and capability enhancement
· Establish communication monitoring and support methodologies for clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Must have minimum 10 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)
· Must have 2+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect and have successfully led implementations of Microsoft Power Platform programs
· Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, Dataverse
· Experience implementing solutions using Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), Integration (REST/SOAP APIs), Data modeling and ETL processes
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly matrixed environment
· Willing to travel to client location as per engagement requirement
