Cognizant is seeking a Devops solution engineer in Halifax, NS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting application teams in all their DevOps needs and implementation. You will be working directly with the application teams to guide, troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the CICD pipeline. You will also be involved with major migration initiative working directly with application teams.
Responsibilities:
· Support application teams to migrate from Jenkins, RLM or manual deployment to GitHub Actions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any DevOps related issues.
· Create and Debug CI CD pipeline stages writing various stages.
· Implement any automation or configuration needed to ensure successful integration.
· Write POM and Settings from scratch and working with various code bases.
· Set up GitHub Actions and workflow details, execution and runners.
Qualifications:
· 5 plus years of CI/CD Pipeline Engineering.
· 4 to 6 years of experience with Github Actions and Jenkins.
· 5 plus years of experience with Maven Build Management.
· 5 plus years of experience with Containerization and Kubernetes.
· 5 years of experience with Deployment Automation & Infrastructure as Code.
