The Business Development role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding market presence for our organization. Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM-Sales tools to track and manage sales activities ensuring efficient workflow and data accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Monitor and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experience and foster loyalty.
- Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company's brand and expand professional connections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in CRM-Sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Exhibit analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Have experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
- Show proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales activities and client interactions.
- Display ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bring a minimum of 14 years of experience in business development roles with a maximum of 18 years.
- Hold a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
