Role Summary
We are sourcing an experienced Program Manager to lead an end-to-end digital transformation program, onsite in Singapore, for a confidential public sector end client. The role owns program governance, stakeholder management, delivery execution, risk management, and go-live success across multiple workstreams and service lines. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong executive presence and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall program delivery and governance for the transformation program.
- Drive executive reporting and steering committee reviews with client leadership.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across the program.
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning application delivery, infrastructure, quality assurance, DevOps, and business teams.
- Manage planning, estimation, release management, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, partner vendors, and offshore delivery teams; own delivery reporting.
- Track and report on schedule, scope, budget, quality, and overall delivery health.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive, demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs, with a track record of program ownership at a senior/leadership level.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level client stakeholders and steering committees.
- Strong command of Agile delivery and release management practices.
- Demonstrated experience planning and estimating across multiple parallel releases.
- Hands-on ownership of risk, issue, and dependency management at program level.
- Experience managing cutover and go-live activities for multi-release programs.
Good to Have
- Experience managing multi-technology integration programs with cross-team/cross-vendor collaboration.
- Exposure to business process management (BPM) or workflow automation platforms such as Appian or similar.
