Job Summary
The SAP Signavio Consultant will be responsible for driving business process transformation initiatives using SAP Signavio across SAP S/4HANA programs. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders process owners and solution architects to document analyze optimize and govern business processes throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Process Discovery & Assessment
Conduct process discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Capture and document AS-IS business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager.
Identify process pain points inefficiencies controls and improvement opportunities.
Process Design & Transformation
Design TO-BE processes aligned with SAP best practices and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Support fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops.
Drive process harmonization standardization and simplification initiatives.
Process Mining & Analysis
Utilize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze process performance.
Identify process bottlenecks rework loops compliance issues and improvement opportunities.
Develop process insights and recommendations based on process mining results.
SAP S/4HANA Transformation Support
Collaborate with functional and business teams during Discovery Explore and Realize phases.
Support business process alignment with SAP standard processes.
Assist in value realization and business transformation initiatives.
Governance & Documentation
Maintain enterprise process repository and process architecture.
Establish process governance standards and modeling conventions.
Ensure process documentation is complete accurate and audit compliant.
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate workshops with process owners and business leaders.
Present process findings recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
Support organizational change management activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Information Systems or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in business process consulting and transformation.
Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Strong business process modeling and analysis skills.
