Cognizant is seeking a DWP Engineering Lead for a full-time opportunity working out of Wayzata, MN or Atlanta, GA.

DWP Engineering Lead - Key Responsibilities

Based on the DWP engineering job descriptions and role mappings, the DWP Engineering Lead is expected to:

  • Lead Digital Workplace engineering activities covering endpoint and collaboration technologies.
  • Drive Microsoft 365 platform engineering, configuration management, integrations, and access control.
  • Own M365-related upgrades, governance, compliance, and security controls.
  • Manage endpoint engineering technologies such as:
  • SCCM / MECM
  • Intune
  • Windows Imaging
  • JAMF (Mac Management)
  • Group Policies (GPO)
  • Device lifecycle management
  • Lead OS, Office, and application deployment strategies.
  • Design and maintain endpoint standards, software packaging, and automation frameworks.
  • Drive patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.
  • Provide Tier-4 support for complex endpoint and virtual desktop issues.
  • Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, and Windows 365 engineering.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, service delivery teams, and product owners to improve user experience and service quality.

  • Lead engineering teams and workstreams.
  • Manage escalations and critical incidents.
  • Define technology standards and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with global delivery and operations teams.
  • Ensure SLA, compliance, and service improvement targets are met.
  • Act as the technical authority for Digital Workplace services.

The salary range for this role is between $99,000 and $115,000 depending on skills and qualifications for the role. Applications will be accepted till 10/05/2026.
