Cognizant continues to expand across Europe, and we are looking for 12 Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialists to join a new international team supporting a new client, a leading Austrian food and industrial products company.
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist (Romanian, Hungarian, Polish or Slovak Speaking)
The role supports end-to-end P2P operations through issue resolution, reporting, process improvements, and collaboration with suppliers and business partners.
You can expect to:
· Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to ensure high process quality and excellent service delivery.
· Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
· Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
· Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor queries.
· Prepare and execute payment runs in line with established procedures and controls.
· Manage vendor master data and maintain accurate records and documentation.
· Participate in month-end activities, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.
· Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support automation opportunities.
· Participate in learning sessions and support onboarding and training of new team members.
· Prepare reports, perform data analysis, and help drive operational excellence.
We expect you to:
· Be fluent in Romanian, Hungarian, Polish, or Slovak (minimum B1 level) and have good English language skills (minimum B1 level).
· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Possess good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
· Be customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
· Have working knowledge of MS Excel.
· Be legally authorized to work in Lithuania without company sponsorship.
Nice to have:
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
· Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
· Knowledge of Accounts Payable, invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processes.
