About the role
We are looking for a Senior Record to Report Specialist to strengthen our finance operations team. In this role, you will drive quality, improvement, and consistency across key Record to Report processes while working closely with colleagues across locations and with stakeholders in the client environment. The role combines operational expertise with process development, with a strong focus on efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Ensure high quality across selected Record to Report processes.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and support resolution.
Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and harmonization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.
Partner with stakeholders to improve ways of working and strengthen delivery.
What we are looking for
Strong accounting and reporting knowledge, including SE GAAP K3 or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of end-to-end financial processes.
Ability to identify improvements and drive greater efficiency.
Structured, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Willingness to travel when needed.
Background and experience
You likely hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and bring solid experience from end-to-end Record to Report processes. Experience working with large ERP environments is important, while experience from a shared service center, a large international organization, or systems such as Unit4/Agresso is an advantage. Basic Swedish is beneficial, and experience collaborating across global teams is valued.
