Who Should Apply? (Qualifications)

We’re looking for second‑year students who are:

· Strong communicators and collaborators

· Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow

· Demonstrated leaders — in class, in clubs, in sports, or in your community

· Excited to learn how a large global company operates

Eligibility Requirements

· Currently enrolled in or just completed the second year of a four‑year BA/BS program during the 2026–2027 academic year

· Majoring in a business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field

· Attending an accredited U.S. college or university

· Permanent U.S. work authorization
