About the role
As a Senior Manager, Client Relationship Manager, you will make an impact by serving as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients and acting as the business owner for these accounts, leading the day-to-day activities and P&L within Banking & Financial Services for large accounts in Belgium. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Sales team and work collaboratively with our BFS Client Partner, delivery teams, and Cognizant senior management.
In this role, you will
- Build trusted relationships with our current clients and bring in new logos
- Understand the client, their issues and priorities, and co-create impactful and transformative solutions
- Drive RFPs and proactive bids with regards to renewals, extensions, and expansion
- Track BFS trends relevant to client business and bring forth proactive ideas and solutions, leveraging Cognizant business cases in other geos
- Grow your current portfolio by taking the best advantage of Cognizant's local footprints and our global delivery capabilities
Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Brussels, Belgium. What you need to have to be considered
- 10+ years of experience in a client facing role from previous IT professional services firms or the offshore outsourcing industry
- Proven experience dedicated to Banking & Financial Services local accounts in Belgium
- Experience managing client P&L of over $10 million, including reporting and metric assessment for the account
- Excellent ability to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch

- MS or MBA degree
- Proven track record of contributing to the growth of an existing P&L and detecting new opportunities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Detail oriented and able to manage all facets of complex assignments
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the skills to identify strategic solutions to business problems that have enterprise-wide implications
